Perched on the third floor with ocean views from two private balconies, Capers 403 combines modern comfort with classic Cape May charm. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN YOU RENT FROM US.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM on your arrival date. Check-out is at 10:00 AM on your departure date. Please respect these times so we can prepare for the next guests.

What amenities are included?

You’ll enjoy 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, central air, TV, and two balconies with ocean views. Four beach passes are provided; additional passes can be purchased at the beach (children under 11 are free).

How many people can stay?

The condo accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.

How do I get the keys?

You’ll receive key pickup instructions before your stay. Lost or unreturned keys will result in a $100 deduction from your security deposit.

What should I bring?

Please bring your own linens, blankets, towels, beach towels, and personal items. The condo has 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin bed, and 1 twin air mattress.

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking is allowed anywhere in the condo or on the balconies. Violations will result in loss of your security deposit.

Can I bring pets?

Sorry, no pets are allowed at Capers 403.

What is the security deposit for?

A $400 deposit covers potential damages, lost items, or extra cleaning. It’s refunded within a few days after checkout, minus any deductions (lost keys/passes, cleaning, or damage).

What about beach passes?

Four passes are included. Lost or unreturned passes will incur a $100 fee each. Please return them to the 'Beach Pass Dish' at checkout.

What if something breaks?

Please contact us or our local contact immediately. We’ll arrange professional repair service as quickly as possible.

How do I handle garbage and recycling?

Bins are located behind the building. Please separate recyclables and compost, and don’t bag recyclables.

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking is allowed anywhere in the condo or on the balconies. Violations will result in loss of your security deposit.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancellations 60+ days before check-in, 50% refund 30–10 days before, and no refund 9 days or fewer. Weather cancellations are only accepted during official island evacuations.

Who do I contact in an emergency?

You’ll receive local contact info before arrival. For immediate help, call 516-497-4000 or 516-220-5499.

What should I do at checkout?

Before leaving, return keys and passes, remove all belongings, empty garbage, turn off lights, and lock all doors and windows.

What about insurance or liability?

Guests are responsible for personal safety and belongings. We recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.
